RETURNS of non-customized items

Our 10-day returns policy covers all non-customized items. To initiate a return, please email us at contact@woohandi.com. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns to us.

We process the first exchange for every customer for free. Note that you must cover shipping the original order back to us. The item must be in a re-saleable condition, with the original tags and labels, in its original packaging within 10 days of the delivery service marking it as ‘Delivered.’ If you do not return it to us using a tracked delivery service, we cannot guarantee we will receive it.

CUSTOM PORTRAIT RETURNS

Due to the customized nature of the products we produce at Woohandi, we cannot offer returns. Your artwork is designed carefully and entirely personal to you and your pet.

If you are unhappy with your final product, please contact us. Customer satisfaction is one of our passions, and we constantly endeavor to ensure your satisfaction with the final masterpiece.

If you received the wrong product and the incorrect size or print, or your product was damaged in transit, we will replace it without question. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order in this case.

We offer unlimited edits to the photo you originally ordered. Unlimited revisions refer to small changes that can be made to the artwork. If you require a substantial change (e.g., a new photo or product change), you can change the image only once for an order. If you wish to use a third photo for your pet’s artwork, our customer support team can send you an invoice of $10 that will cover the creation of the new artwork.

If you have placed an order recently and have changed your mind, you can cancel it within 12 hours. If 12 hours have passed, the cancellation will be granted at our discretion. This is because our artists often begin work as soon as you place your order. If your artwork has already been created and you request to cancel, we will charge a $10 fee to cover some of the artwork costs for your order.

Please be aware that when we create your artwork, we use the photo you uploaded with your order. If you do not follow our Photo Guide, we cannot offer any solution. You are responsible for submitting a high-quality photo that adheres to our submission guidelines. Low-quality images will result in low-quality artwork. We allow notes to be added to orders if you have anything to let us know about. However, we can’t guarantee that special requests will be adhered to – for example, we cannot edit a photo to close or open a mouth, add a smile, etc. We can, however, remove red eye, edit eye color, and other requests.

Please note that all examples on site were made from high-quality, high-resolution photos. Blurry, low-quality images will not allow our design team to produce the high-quality finish you see on-site.

At Woohandi, we are committed to the quality and durability of our products. However, please be advised that, in line with our Returns Policy, we accept claims for defective or damaged items only within 10 days from the date of receipt.

We take great pride in the quality of our items and expect them to last longer when properly cared for. Should you experience any issues within the 10-day window, please get in touch with us. We can offer a refund or reshipment for eligible claims as a one-time courtesy.
